A New Leadership Model New Leadership Model I have created a new leadership model which is illustrated practically in my book, Tri-namics Coaching Triangle System. The model is extremely simple, a rare thing these days. Three words are interrelated: action, reflection, innovation. Simply it works like this: ACTION is based on an experiential need to get results REFLECTION comes from a need to learn INNOVATION comes form creative energy Leaders integrate these three behaviours,learning by reflecting on their experiences and being creatively energized. This spins out to their peers, subordinates and managers and essentially the organizational system can reflect on itself to determine lessons learned through various actions, and innovation results in new products and services. Conceptually by focusing on action, reflection and innovation leaders accelerate their growth and the growth of their organization. Contributor's Note This new leadership model is practically represented in the Tri-namics Coaching Triangle book available through Deberna at www.deberna.com. I am writing a more academically based book is being written that further explains this leadership model.
